The service was great as always. I always bailed out but decided to fill out a survey this time. and I was surprised that the survey had only 3 questions. I have given surveys before but always wondered why survey companies don’t realize the simple fact that quality of survey depends on how long they are. Nothing against BCBS, I can only imagine how many millions they may have spent before arriving at observation to keep’em short and simple.
